Cities we cover

Six industrial belts, one trip

Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Dongguan, Foshan, Yiwu and Shanghai cover most of what a buyer needs. Every city is a short train ride from the next, so one trip can hold three of them without wasting a day in transit.

Guangzhou skyline with the Pazhou exhibition halls
Canton Fair · homeware

Guangzhou

The Canton Fair, the textile markets and a 90-minute drive to most factories. Most buyers land here, walk Pazhou for two phases, then spend the second week in the delta. Homeware, hotel supply, gifts and consumer electronics fill the calendar.

Yiwu market hall and stacked shipping cartons
Small commodities

Yiwu

Five market districts, 70,000 booths and small minimums. Yiwu is built for mixed cartons: twenty suppliers can fill one container. Spend two or three days in the market, add a day in Zhuji or Yongkang for factories, then take the train to Shanghai.

Shenzhen tower cluster and circuit board traces
Consumer electronics

Shenzhen

Components in the morning, assembly lines in the afternoon. Huaqiangbei prices a bill of materials while Bao'an and Longgang show you the line that builds it. Add two airports and the Hong Kong border, and Shenzhen is where a product idea gets tested first.

Dongguan sawtooth factory roof with a gear and moulding machine
Moulds · furniture

Dongguan

The factory floor behind Shenzhen's launches. Moulds in Chang'an, furniture in Houjie, packaging and metal parts in between. Forty-five minutes from Shenzhen and 50 from Guangzhou, it is the day trip that answers whether a supplier can actually build the product.

Foshan ceramic kiln, vases and pendant lamps
Ceramics · furniture

Foshan

China's ceramic capital and the south's furniture address. Lecong for sofas and casegoods, Nanzhuang for tiles, Guzhen for lamps. Twenty minutes from Guangzhou South by metro, so most buyers add it to a Guangzhou week instead of booking a separate trip.

Shanghai Bund facades, the Oriental Pearl tower and port cranes
Port · textiles

Shanghai

The port and the trading companies. Shanghai is where the Yangtze Delta brings samples and where forwarders keep containers. Keqiao's fabric market and Nantong's home textiles are a train ride away, and Yiwu is 1 hour 30 to the south. Shipping is booked here, not in the factory.

How we move you between them

By high-speed rail

The default for city to city. Guangzhou to Shenzhen is 35 minutes, Guangzhou to Yiwu 5.5 hours, Shanghai to Yiwu 1 hour 30. We book the tickets and meet you on the platform.

By air

Flights link Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Shanghai in about 2 hours 15. Use them for the long hops and keep the delta on rail, where the stations sit closer to the factories.

By private car

A car is for factory days, not for intercity trips. Three plants in Dongguan, two in Foshan, 40 minutes between them. The driver stays for the whole day so the schedule does not depend on a taxi.

Prices and timetables are confirmed on the day of travel.

Send the product list. We will pick the cities.

Tell us what you buy and when you land. We reply with a route, a cost per day and the factories worth booking first.
