Terms of service

Last updated: 30 October 2026

This is a template. Have a lawyer review it before launch.

These terms cover the sourcing, visit and logistics work we do for you in China. Please read them before you confirm a trip.

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

China Source Concierge is a sourcing and business travel partner based in Guangzhou, China. These terms form the contract between you and us when you book a service. They apply to every quote, trip and project we run, unless we sign a separate written agreement.

2. Our services

We provide five services: supplier sourcing and verification, factory and market visits, trip and itinerary planning, order follow-up and inspection, and export and logistics support. Prices start from US$280 per day for accompanied visits and from US$600 per project for sourcing work. All prices are guides; the price for your trip is set in the quote we send you.

3. Quotes and pricing

Quotes are valid for 14 days and are based on the information you give us. If the scope changes, we re-quote before doing the extra work. Quotes exclude international flights, hotels, visa fees and government charges unless they are listed. Our prices are in US dollars and do not include bank charges.

4. Payment

We ask for 50% to confirm dates and the balance before the trip starts or on delivery of a project milestone. Invoices are payable within seven days by bank transfer. Late payment may pause the work, and we may charge interest at 1% per month where the law allows it.

5. Changes and cancellation by you

You may move or cancel a booking by email. More than 14 days before the start, we refund all fees except costs already committed, such as hotel deposits and train tickets. Between 14 and 7 days, 50% of the fee is retained. Less than 7 days before the start, the fee is not refundable, but we will help you reschedule within 12 months.

6. Cancellation by us

If we cannot deliver the service, for example because a factory closes or a guide is unavailable, we offer a replacement of equal value, a credit or a refund of the unused part. We do not cancel a confirmed trip because a more profitable client appeared. We will always tell you what changed and why.

7. Your responsibilities

You confirm that the products you ask us to source are legal to import into your country and are not counterfeit. You provide accurate information, hold a valid passport and obtain your own visa unless we arrange an invitation. You keep payments to suppliers separate from our fees unless we agree otherwise in writing.

8. Third-party suppliers

Factories, hotels, drivers, inspectors and freight forwarders are independent businesses, and their own terms apply to their part of the work. We choose them carefully and supervise the parts we are responsible for. We are not liable for a third party's own act or omission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for a claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the service that caused the loss. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost orders or currency movements. We do not guarantee factory prices, product quality or shipping schedules; we commit to checking and reporting them properly.

10. Force majeure

Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events outside their reasonable control, such as epidemics, war, strikes, natural disasters, government action or a factory shutdown. The affected party will notify the other as soon as possible. If the event lasts more than 60 days, either party may cancel and settle the costs already committed.

11. Confidentiality and intellectual property

Each side keeps the other's commercial information confidential and uses it only for the project. Designs, samples and brand material you send stay yours. The content of this website, including text and illustrations, belongs to China Source Concierge and may not be copied for commercial use.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Our place of business is Guangzhou, and the courts of Guangzhou have jurisdiction.

13. Disputes

If a dispute arises, we first try to settle it directly. Write to hello@guangdongsourcingtour.com with the details and give us 30 days to reply. If no settlement is reached, the dispute goes to the competent court in Guangzhou.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future bookings. The date at the top of the page shows the current version. Terms agreed in a signed quote take priority over later changes.

15. Contact

Questions about these terms go to hello@guangdongsourcingtour.com. We reply within two business days.
